Earlier this week, Debra Taylor, manager of Imported Wines, Lascelles Wines and Spirits stopped by the Bars to Go Training Institute as a guest speaker and gave the students a lesson in wines and spirits.

Caribbean Sunset 2oz Myers
1oz Amaretto
1/2oz Lime Juice
3/4oz Simple Syrup
Splash of Cranberry Juice
Prepared by: Curtis Spence
Place all ingredients into a mixer, shake and pour into a martini glass.
