From stand-up affairs with drinks and hors d’oeuvres to formal seated banquets with different wines to accompany each course, our beverage team can cater to your every whim.
For those who are happy to work with a fixed beverage list, our catering staff can provide a set wine and champagne list on request. Just ask us. However, if you are interested in going beyond a set beverage selection, then we can arrange that for you too.
Whatever your requirements, our team can provide absolutely any specific wine or vintage. If it’s not available in Jamaica we can order especially for your event. Of course, if you're not certain which wines will best compliment a chosen dish, course or menu, we'd be delighted to advise you – that’s where our Master Mixologist Patrice comes in. We can even arrange a wine sampling session to assist in your choices. Not only that, but we are happy to arrange for Patrice and the team to make a fine wine presentation if you feel it will add to your guests’ enjoyment of their meal.
Bar Services. A cash or consignment bar can be provided, depending on your requirements.
Drinks Service Staff. Naturally, we can provide professional and experienced bar and wait staff to serve the beverages at your event. They form part of our extensive team of catering and event staff. (link to staff section)

Parties with more persons are subject to additional charges. Substitutions not allowed but personalization of packages can be provided subject to appropriate charges.
